About Le Poke Station

Poké (in Hawaiian, po.ke means “piece” or “cut”) is one of the main dishes of traditional Hawaiian cuisine. It consists of raw fish cut into cubes, served with vegetables, fruit, spices, sauce… in a bowl.

Poké Station has been expanding virtually since 2020, with 50 branches already opened in the province of Quebec.

Several healthy bowls are available with, of course, the option to add whatever additions you like!

The main reasons for this meteoric growth (even during difficult times i.e. the pandemic) are:
